Senior Travelers
We arrived at 9:30 pm only to find the check in point closed. I walked up to a main building to be told to walk to another building and someone would be there. The building was dark and locked. I called the number on the outside window to be told to walk around the building to the back open a panel and I would find my keys and room number. It was 20 degree in the dark and I am walking from place to place for 45 minutes. I requested a first floor room because of my wife health only to be given a 2nd floor room. In the morning the steps were covered with snow. We will never stay there again. ...

Comfortable room and good value for a golf resort. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't realize that there was a deadline for check-in and that the office closes early as it was not mentioned in the Priceline listing or confirmation - we barely made it! We only found the check-in office by calling them. It was about a mile from the unit and there were no signs indicating its location. ...

The hotel was fine, but we were not supplied with information regarding late check in. From what we gathered it is self check-in which we were not told of. I would stay here again, but wished there was more information given when booked.
