the manager helped to me out for compensating me when something did not reach my expectation.
the housekeeper came at the door at 9:00am and when she saw me still sleeping, she would still continue cleaning my room till I told her to leave. Then next day she came with a boy and he asked me when was I going to leave. Such a big hotel, their staff
There is no wifi so that the guests make sure that you have extra $$ for the hotel. The pool hour was aweful from 8:00 to 8:00. It is very inconvenient. Location of the hotel is good.

I got good value for the room that I paid for. I appreciated the upgrade that I received at the time of check-in.
Too many tour groups.
The staff was friendly in general and helpful. I especially appreciated that the young lady at the check-in offered an upgrade with an excellent room upon my arrival.
