The room was convenient, clean and comfortable. The grounds and location are excellent.
Need to upgrade the mattresses.
The hotel and grounds are very well maintained. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

The room was perfect. I had booked a regular hotel room, but upon check-in they gave me a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite. It was clean and had a great view. The resort was beautiful with close access to the beach.
No, it was wonderful.
The room was great. There was close access to the beach, local shopping attractions and restaurants. It was nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. I look forward to visiting again.

very close to where rest of our family was camping
did not like how far away we were from the indoor pool/hot tub, weather was not the greatest while we were there so had to use indoor facilities and was quite a hike to it

It was lovely for the most part. Friendly and helpful. We loved our first room which we lost as they had water problems and we had no hot water.
We hated the next room they put us in.It was ghastly..the décor gave me nightmares. We had to be moved. The layout of the condos are like long trailors It was so cramped and unpleasant.Even though it is waterfront I would prefer the Summerside building
It's a great place.Just don't let them put you in the condo owned by the Dotson family. Scaaary!

Convenient area and the price was what I was looking for.
The hotel is convenient to restaurants and the beach. I was on a quick trip and the hotel was clean and the beds comfortable.

The hidden fees that I paid were not what I expected...way too high and I was not in a suite.Did not save in the end, because I paid it in hotel fees!
I really was there for business, so I did not access some of the other ammenities that the hotel provided... I guess thats what I was paying extra for....

The location was exactly what we needed.
Only booked 2 of the 3 rooms I had reserved. Luckily, they had vacancies.
The hotel was fine for our needs and had excellent amenities.
