Hotel Guest Reviews of the Lodge At Kingsbury Crossing
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 21, 2013

What a great find! My second time here and it was as wonderful as the first. Staff is beyond helpful and friendly, sincere. Rooms are charming, comfy, and clean. Price is awesome, spa is great! Love the lobby area, very eclectic decor, cozy, too. I will always stay here when going to Tahoe.

Everything was nice about this hotel except the loud heater. Room was clean and fully stocked, staff was helpful. Unfortunately no breakfast offered. Overall pleased with our stay

Overall, the hotel was nice. The staff tried to be friendly, but at times I wasn't sure if they were ignoring me (like they didn't want to be bothered). I stood at the front desk waiting to check for 10 minutes as 3 different staff members went behind the counter looked through some paperwork, made a phone call and walked right by me standing there. Not a single one asked if I was being helped or said anything. Finally I asked one as she was eating her bagel, can I please get some help checking in? Also parking can be very limited and guess where the staff parks, right in the front spots! All in all the hotel was okay. Nothing great, but the price wasn't bad. The main thing I enjoyed was that the place was clean and at night it was quiet.

We really enjoyed our roon. it was big enough for 2 adult and 2 kids. It was very clean and the hotel staff was friendly. The free laundry was a real bonus with the kids and the kitchen saved us money by not having to eat out so often

Rooms are attractive and appealing on first glance, but there is no privacy in the suite bedrooms as there is only a partial wall. There is no air conditioning and the rooms heat up horridly during the night so you awaken in sweats. When the pinball machine ate my money, the desk clerk told me she has to call the service people "more and more". Their "hundreds of titles" are primarily VHS and older movies. No storage for vacation equipment. Can't imagine what skiers do with their equipment. There are far better places and deals to be had in So. Lake Tahoe. ...
