Hotel Guest Reviews of the Loews Atlanta Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.September 6, 2012

This hotel exceeded my standards by far. The bed was amazingly comfortable with super fluffy comforters and pillows. The windows range from floor to ceiling allowing a breathtaking view of the city. The bathroom was simply fantastic. Stand up shower as well as a bath and a nicely large vanity for females to get ready at. All in all, a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Atlanta ...

The staff was not the best - housekeeping was very noisy in the hallways, the front desk staff knew nothing about the layout of the hotel and which rooms had which views, the wait staff in the restaurant was horrible - totally inattentive. The hotel is great, the staff unfortunately needs serous improvement.

The convenience, combined with the affordable price, accommodating staff, and comfortable ambience make this a hotel that I will return to time and again, whether for business or leisure. ...
