Excellent beach location; great pools and wonderfully decorated rooms albeit small.
Resort fee was not included in price. Nor was it mentioned until arrival.

Hotel has an additional resort fee. Everything was wonderful and pleasant with the exception of a bath tub drainage problem which i guess it expected for a historical hotel.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful beach and pool. Food is excellent.
The room assigned to us was very small - barely room to move. They charge an arm and a leg to rent beach furniture. Extra charges add up: resort fee, parking fee, plus taxes on both of these.

The beach is beautiful and in a great location. Walk to Pass-A-Grille. Drive into St. Pete for a day. Great food options at the hotel and nearby restaurants.

All staff were a delight.
Bathroom was a bit small but nothing too uncomfortable.

Great beach and wonderful service. Loved the amenities. Will definitely return.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff very friendly and attentive. Room was nice and well kept.
Not a major issue, as the staff always took care of it, but my key kept needing to be reprogrammed, either the room or the parking gate would not recognize it.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and views. All areas of the hotel had great service from the front desk, valets, restaurant, inside bars and pool bars, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very comfortable and exceptionally quiet.

it was over all a great place and with a great historical romace story to it.

This hotel is classey but yet perfect for the family vacation. The helpful and experiance staff treated us great. Our visit was fantasic the wife is looking to book our next trip to St. Pete's shortly thanks again to the staff at Loews Don Cesar.

I liked the old ornate ambiance. The old time feeling of warmth.
The toilet was too small - too low. for short people only.

Yes, I recommend it. We enjoyed our short stay.

The beach is very conveniently close.
They charge too much for beach chairs.

Its a very clean, comfortable upscale hotel with friendly staff with a resort like atmosphere that is right on the beach.
