Hotel Guest Reviews of the Loews Hotel Vogue

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to all the main routes, restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms were quiet from unit to unit, and the addition of a couch in the main area and a TV in the bathroom made the stay more pleasant.
The windows and the doors to each unit did not keep sound out very well. Due the construction in the restaurant/street, it was very loud early in the morning and throughout the day.

Although a street side view is nice, I think I would have enjoyed my stay if my room was on the opposite side (simply because of all the street construction noise). Other than that, Loews Hotel Vogue is an excellent place to stay. I'm a person who tends to complain easily, but my girlfriend did not here many complaints from me during the 3 nights we stayed. A lot of small room perks seemed to be standard when we stayed which added to the ease of stay (room safe, hair dryer, robes, etc. The beds and furniture were average in comfort, but by no means are they bad. The added couch at the foot of the king bed made nights more enjoyable when we would return from long day of sight seeing - it gives you and extra place to just sit and relax without having to sit in your bed all the time. The only major downside was paid wifi for rooms. It's free wifi in the public areas. But it wasn't terrible as my girlfriend and I have data on our phones. Parking was a bit expensive as with many hotels, you can opt and park your car on the street lots for about 1/3 the price.. but looking at how you get blocked in, don't expect flexibility with getting your car.. You get what you pay for. Other than the construction in the restaurant and the related street noise, I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and will most likely be staying here again. ...read more

Excellent service, from valet to bellhop to reception.
Ridiculously priced minibar when Pharmaprix is only 5 min walk away.

Good Downtown location.
Moldy shower tiles, no pool.

Stay at the Loews if you get a screaming deal only. Nice tub, but I use the shower and it was moldy, no pool, closed restaurant, old elevators.
