I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone from couples to families. The restaurants were great although fairly expensive but no more than I expected in a hotel of this caliber. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the public areas were beautiful. I look forward to returning soon.

Solo Traveler
We've been to this hotel many times and will continue to choose this hotel for our vacations and business visits. The hotel staff is extremely accommodating, warm and friendly. The amenities are lovely. And, the location couldn't be any better to experience all of South Beach and, to have all the shopping one could want.

My wife and I took a 5 day retreat away and this was the best place. We easily got to Lincoln and Ocean for the good nightlife. Pool was excellent. Many choices for food and snacks. The pool area staff was excellent. We have been to Vegas several times and I now feel this hotel is preferred to say the Belagio.

Thanks to priceline, we got an unbelieveable deal on this hotel!! It's beautiful and the staff was wonderful Love that there was a Keurig in my room!

This hotel is AMAZING. I swear, they must take their customer service manual from Disney. Their customer service is out of this world every single worker goes out of their way to make sure that you have a fantastic stay. I know it seems a little pricey, but it is worth every penny and more!
