The staff! Very professional but still very personable. Location ,We were only a few block from the French Quarter, Mardi Gras Parade only a block away. They have many elevators, never had to wait more than a few seconds and this was during Mardi Gras
Rooms are a little dated, but very clean. Bring a blanket there is a sheet and a very thin comforter. Room had a wet bar and lots of snacks & drinks, but we could never find a price sheet. Parking was $42.50 a day! Crazy!!

Hotel was nice, comfortable, and was a great location. The rooms are on the large size,compared to New Orleans standards. Space is an issue here. I would stay here again and would bring friends & Family. Would not bring kids, New Orleans is not for kids or teens. Harrah's casino is right across the street. It was fun, but skip the Buffett. Go early for Breakfast at Daisy Dukes, great early bird special. Skip the Crazy Lobster $25 a plate to sit in plastic chair& tables inside a plastic Tent and listen garage bands. Don't forget the French Market it's just a brisk walk down Peters St. Buy all your mask, T-shirts here better prices and better selection. They also have a fruit stand, bakery and a few counter seat dinners. Great prices, good food. Bring your walking shoes you will walk to everything. And Don't wear open toe shoes if you go into the French Quarter. ...read more

Fantastic location. Also, the customer service level was outstanding! Hard to find in the area, but they did great.
The pool quality was way below expectations. Very cramped and not welcoming at all. Nice looking sauna though.
