The hotel itself was clean.
The hotel is under constrction am nothing is available to use. To add to that they charge you for parking 20 dollars a day and they also charge tou to use the internet. That alone is enough to keep me from ever using another loews hotel or come back here

I would not go back to this hotel. The hotel was under construction and nothin was available to use. They should not charge for parking and especially the internet while this is all going on. Priceline should include the parking charge as almost everyone who stays utilizes a car and to me it is a hidden fee .

The room was very nice and clean. The staff we encountered were very friendly.
We were unaware of the construction until AFTER we did the Priceline Express deal. It would have been nice to know beforehand. It got very loud a few times.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
The hotel was under renovation. So maybe it was or will be a 4 start hotel, but it was NOT a 4 star when we were there. This excursion to Nashville was part of a Christmas present to my wife and the hotel was not acceptable. No more Priceline for me.

This is a complaint to Priceline. You can NOT list this as a 4 star while going through renovations. Totally unacceptable and I will NOT risk looking for a 4 star again through Priceline in fear that I might get one like this again. You need to do something to compensate those of us who were expecting a really nice hotel but instead got one under renovation.

This is a great place in every sense! Especially when you compare the experience with the next door Mariott, also a four star hotel. But this one should be five stars!

Staff was wonderful, location was great
We were not told a major renovation was ongoing at this hotel. Banging all day including Saturday. Impacted our enjoyment

Once renovation is complete this is a wonderful hotel

The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable.
The construction noise was very disturbing. Very loud pounding most of the day.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. But it is under construction and the noise is disturbing. And parking is $19/day :(

The service at the Loews property in Nashville was simply great - The renovations that were going on was easily overshadowed by the service; Starting at check in, to the nicely decorated 'temporary' lounge, all the way through to checkout - Kudos!!

If you are looking for an extremly comfortable stay, and simply A-1, top-notch service - this is it... I was honestly apprehensive about the renovation going on, but other than a bit of a hinderance at the onset of the stay (just getting through / to elevator at lobby level basically), everything else could not have been better. I can't wait to get back after the renovations to see all of the improvements they are working hard to get implemented. ...read more
