Hotel Guest Reviews of the London Hilton On Park Lane
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(1) | Solo Traveler(2) | Traveling as Couple(7) | Senior Traveler(1)

Very clean. Room small, but fantastic bedding and toiletries. Great view.
Avoid the Trader Vic's restaurant bar after 6pm. Seems that there are some interesting transactions going on there.

The location was perfect, the staff immensely helpful. The only real draw back was a noisy neighbor and being close to the service elevator.
No, it completely met my expectation.

Excellent service.
Room very small. Windows not adequately insulated - cold air generated by contact with windows. Heat did not work when we entered the room. No bathrobes. It took too long to reach Concierge on the phone.
Please see previous answer. This was not a 5 star hotel, but a 4 at best.

Great location, great location, great location. Very nice hotel and staff. Extras expensive so I tried to avoid paying for them.

Best location in the city, easy to get everywhere. Public transport is right outside lobby door, even to/from airport. Rooms are small and very outdated. The lobby is classic old San Fransosco, k
Impersonal in general. However, one lady at Reception was very helpful: if she had not gone out of her way to change our room, we would have had a miserable experience. Also, a man at the Bell Desk/Concierge was friendly and helpful.
