Hotel Location is perfect and normal qualty of rooms was very good.
Long distance from lift to the end of room. Due to bidding reservation, room was located in the end of path.

It was great deal and lucky to get bidding for this hotel. You can enjoy the whole day in London due to great location.

We loved everything.
The shower overfilled easily. The drain could not keep up with the amount of water.

Great, great location, friendly staff, clean.

Absolutely lovely for the price we paid. There was an evacuation on the last day of our stay and the staff was very organized and apologetic.
Charging £15 for wifi is insane... Free wifi is only available within a tiny area at the front desk.

We paid
XXX a night US which was a steal. However, we wanted to stay additional nights and they wanted to charge us
XXX a night which was completely over the top for the quality and accomodations.

The location was great and close to 2 tube stations. Only problem was having to dodge tourists if walking back and forth over the Westminster Bridge.

It is very centrally located right next to the London Eye and across the river from Parliament and Big Ben. If you are a tourist, the sightseeing buses stop right by the hotel. Many sites are within walking distance. Plenty of bus stops and 2 tube stops nearby. Room was big, king bed, 6 pillows. Also had a room safe, iron and board, hair dryer and amenities. They have free wifi in the lobby or else you can use the business center which charges £5 for 30 minutes. Also had a swimming pool, sauna, spa, workout room. I go to London every year and this was by far, the best place I've ever stayed. ...read more

Great Location and good views from the front facing rooms.
Mediocre staff. Dull Lobby Average Rooms. 5 stars is way too many stars for this property. No Wifi in rooms. Hotel charges 15 GBP for 24 hour connectivity!!

If you accidentally win this hotel on name your own price, you should probably be ok. I wouldn't go out of my way to book this hotel though. There is no doubt that the location is fantastic with it being right in front of the London eye on the banks of the river and facing the houses of parliament and Big Ben. Once you enter the hotel, it looks like a very dated mediocre hotel. There is no 5 star energy in the hotel. The lobby is extremely dull. The entrance is less than welcoming. The reception and staff didn't seem too enthusiastic about their jobs either. All in all, a very average stay. I forgot about the stay the moment I checked out. No lasting impressions. ...read more

Location
We were very far from the lift. literaly a 2 1/2 minute walk. which was a bit much

Loved the room it self and it is tough to beat the location in London. The staff was excellent and the afternoon tea is a must! The only real downside was our room was situated very far from the lift. So much so that it took 2.5 minutes to walk to the lift (yes we timed it) The internet was expensive but we lucked out as we were able to grab a signal from the neighboring hotel which happend to be free! I would recommend the hotel. ...read more

Fantastic location. Huge fluffy towels. five star toilet paper (the best we have seen in any hotel, anywhere).
Service was erratic, ranging from outstanding to indifferent. Incidentals and extras such as internet were exorbitantly priced.

The staff were all very friendly and kind, my room was cleaned very well. The location is unbeatable and the bed was very comfortable.
There is only 1 elevator and no way to take the stairs. Only being on the second floor I would have used stairs to get to my room faster. I was looking at the side of the London Eye but that meant a very long walk down 3 hallways to get there.

This is a first class hotel. The bar/restaurant have grand views of Big Ben and The House of Parliament as do many of the rooms. If you are a swimmer the 25 meter pool is tough to beat.
The location can be a bit of a challenge as you are not in a neighborhood and restaurants are a taxi or bus ride away. You also have tons of tourist right out the front door.

I would definatly stay here again. The hotel and the staff are top notch. And the bus system in London is first rate with a stop right out the front door. You are just a few minutes ride to Trafalgar Square by bus or just a 15 minute walk.
