Hotel Guest Reviews of the London Marriott Hotel County Hall

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff were all very friendly and kind, my room was cleaned very well. The location is unbeatable and the bed was very comfortable.
There is only 1 elevator and no way to take the stairs. Only being on the second floor I would have used stairs to get to my room faster. I was looking at the side of the London Eye but that meant a very long walk down 3 hallways to get there.

Great room, view and location.
The hotel is horizontal, not vertical, so lowest-numbered rooms are two full city blocks away from the front door--and there are no other routes out of the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff
Internet access is very very expensive.

Great location, although the crowds can be heavy, beautiful in the day and at night. The Internet is not free and prohibitively expensive, although it is reasonably fast.

Great location! Literally steps from The Big Ben, London Eye and the Westminster Abbey.
Very late housekeeping service, sometimes after 5pm. So when I went back to my room after a day of tour and wanted to take a rest for the coming evening, I had to make my own bed. The first day I checked in the room, there was roll paper in the toilet!

After all, it's good location. So go ahead with Name Your Own Price if you could get a good one. Then just take it as a guesthouse cause you don't get much out of the 5 star hotel room. Heads up! There might be hot water shortage from time to time. It happened twice within my one week stay there.

The location to tourist site
The distance between the lift and the room was too long.

Location was excellent, the service was impecable.
The building is huge, so it was a little bit too long to get in and out of the room.

A basic room is like a junior suite....hotel was lovely!!! View of the london eye right at ur window!! It was gorgeous and stay in alot of hotel this is a must staying in london
As an american the food was on the expensive side but good...selection of UK favorites and american. There is only one elevator area and if you have room on the view side is quite a walk to your room

Overall GORGEOUS hotel....lots of history, spacious rooms, great service. Need to relax and pamper yourself this is the place to do it.

Location was incredible and staff was very friendly!! Spa was reasonably priced and open late.
Hoped that breakfast would be served before 6am. Hoped for free wifi but to the hotels credit the wifi was free in the restaurant. Also, check in was supposed to be at 2, but room was not ready until 4.

This is a very large hotel. Took 5 minutes to walk down the hall to the lifts from my room. Absolutely beautiful building and amazing views. Great location and excellent friendly staff.
