Hotel Guest Reviews of the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was great! Just minutes from the Swiss Cottage underground on the Jubilee line. Easy to get to.
The wi-fi was not free in the room and quite pricey if you wanted to use it. Wifi in the lobby was free but very annoying since there were few places to sit and use it. Plus you then had to deal with the stares from staff while you sat there.

They stay was overall very good!I'm very pleased with the price I payed and feel it was very accurate for the hotel. Pros- It was just minutes from the swiss cottage underground station on the Jubilee Line. The neighborhood was great and just down the road from Regents Park. The staff was nice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The area was quiet and I felt comfortable walking around at night when I got in late. Cons- The food was good, although a bit overpriced. The wifi is NOT FREE in your room and is pricey. You have to sit in the lobby and endure stares from staff if you want to use it for free. They are remodeling the outside of the building so for about a week I couldn't open the curtains during the day because there were men standing outside my room. But that should be over soon and they definitely needed the upgrade! I think this is a comfortable stay for the right price. It's not an over the top hotel but it is welcoming and comfortable. I would recommend this to solo travelers, small families and anyone on business. It's not the most romantic of places so if you're on a getaway you could probably do better. Overall I was pleased. ...read more

Great room, great stuff, great location. Perfect
The indian resturant it was not good at all, from their stuff to the food. The food was expensive no taste, very small portion. We had to wait for the food more than half an hour with nothing to start with like most resturant do. 0 out of 10.

Just go for it

Helpful staff, convenient location, rooms were good. has both a sauna and a steam room with great locker space.
The in room wifi cost is ridiculous! Most hostels offer free wifi, this was a joke!

The hotel was clean and comfy and in a great area. It was close to the tube and easily accessible. All staff were very friendly. The bar staff were very helpful in suggesting things to do in London.
The magnetic cards for the room kept deactivating. Annoying but nothing fatal.

Comfortable spacious rooms, good- size bathroom
Mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable. We also had to request tea and coffee replenishments, room maids always forgot to bring mugs, spoons, glasses, etc. Hair dryer was located in the desk drawer, very unconvinient.

Tube station is in 5 minute walk, good pool and fitness centre in the hotel.
