The staff was great. They were in the middle of a move, but didn't hesitate to help us with recommendations for sightseeing and dining. They also gave us a better room since it was not in use for the dates of our stay.
It's what you would expect for a room and shared bathroom. There were 2 bathrooms, and I never experienced trouble accessing them when necessary. The room was nice, with a small balcony to lean out and people-watch. Ask the staff for recommendations, they are knowledgeable!
