Hotel Guest Reviews of the Magnolia Hotel & Spa
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 4, 2013

Good value for the money. Valet parking on site and a lot directly across the street, makes parking easy. Most downtown attractions at your door step. Safe, clean and very friendly staff made to whole experience very nice!

Hotel is nice. Maybe hotel can improve the process it deals with priceline website. The website provides pre-packaged deals, however, the deal can only accomodate 2 people. It would be great if the deal can tell people in advance that if you have more people, you should call hotel in advance so that hotel can make some changes to the reservation.

The Magnolia is a beautiful hotel in a prime location behind the Empress Hotel. The check-in clerk upgraded us to a diamond room on the 6th floor and the room was bright and beautiful with a fireplace and lounging chair. The bed was one of the nicest I've ever slept on...like sleeping on a cloud! We were able to take advantage of street parking instead of the valet parking, so that saved a lot of money. There is no charge for street parking on holidays, so we only had to pay from 9am until we checked out (about $6 or so). The staff was so friendly...I would definitely go back! ...
