Large comfortable room with a great water view. Hotel is right down town, walking distance from shops, eateries and pubs. Comfy bed, and large bath room.

It has a great location close to campus and downtown. The rooms were large and staff was very helpful. The entertainment upstairs was fun nightlife and great views. Good breakfast in the morning.

The Magnuson Hotel Franklin Square Inn is an excellent service provider. I've been to better hotels, but they cost a great deal more. For the money, you couldn't expect better. The hotel was clean and neat. The staff was helpful and polite. The rooms were also clean and well cared for. There is nothing to disappoint you here.

We got there and they only had 1 king room. We wanted 2 beds. So we had to pay $50.00 extra. Very complicated Hotel to get around had to use different elevators to go from floor 3 to floor 6. They have all season guest so some areas are blocked of so you have to go around. The free breakfast wasn't much at all.

I slept on a roll out bed and slept better than my wife who slept in the king size bed. She said it was hard and she woke up sore. My daughter, who was visiting in the morning as she attends a near-by college, ate breakfast in the restaurant with her boyfriend. He siad the service was terrible, he got raw bacon, and she complained of nausea and stomach pains after breakfest. Although we did not get a chance to use the pool (which might have been the highlight if there was one) or eat in the restaurant ourselves, I don't think I'd take a chance on paying for a room at this hotel again. However, my wife has stayed there before and said it was great. I guess you have to get a suite. ...

This was a decent hotel for the price. The bed was a bit hard for my tastes but the room was comfortable. I did not like the restaurant. I ate breakfast there, and the meals were overpriced and moderate in the quality and preparation.
