Staff upgraded our room for no extra charge because air-conditioner was not working properly.
First room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. This was a non-smoking room.

The first room we were placed in had a permeating smell of cigarette smoke that irritated my lungs. Luckily, the air-conditioner wasn't working properly so we were upgraded to a better room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good but only served from 6:00 to 9:00. Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall, a great experience.

Great hotel for the price. Close enough to downtown Knoxville yet out of the way, and right next to a Cracker Barrel!

We would definitely stay there again; in fact, we've already recommended this hotel to a friend traveling to Knoxville.

The staff was very helpful and friendly!
Little bit farther from downtown than I wanted.

This was a great hotel for the price. It was conveniently located to gas, restaurants, etc. It was more of a drive than I wanted from downtown Knoxville and the university, but it was still very reasonable. I would stay there again.

Everything was great!

The room was up to date and comfortable. Convenient access to the interstate.
