There is a fairly hefty cleaning charge for each night. Pay close attention to the cancellation policy - On search page it advertises "no cancellation fee" - only applies to any fees charged by Priceline. The hotel charges an entire night's rate if you want to cancel your reservation, no matter how far in advance. And to even do that, and still be charged the first night, you have to cancel a month in advance! Overall for spring break this hotel was okay. we only picked it because it was close to our friend's condo. the price was cheap but then they tac on an additional 120 room fee. The fact that we had to use key fobs to enter the building was absolutely absurd. one of our guests left early actually due to a racially charged incident where he was accused of not living at our hotel, as well as being falsely accused of stealing. I believe he is in contact with the manager, as he (our roommate) has decided to file a lawsuit. This is not the fault of Priceline.com however, i do feel as though it is necessary to inform your company of such a ridiculous occurrence with a hotel you do business with. As far as a spring break destination for college students, this was overall a good decision. the isolated incident with my friend is something I don't believe other guests were subjected to. Overall a good stay. If we had the children with us there would of been no shortage of things to do.

This hotel was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. We loved the conveniences of the kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was nice. Thank you.

We love this hotel. We come every year with our 2 children. We love the pool, the views of the beach, the free movies, the bar and restaurant, access to the beach, and friendliness of the staff.
