Hotel Guest Reviews of the Majestic View Lodge
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.September 3, 2012

When I canceled one of the rooms with Priceline, they told me that they had to cancel both rooms and reinstate one. So of course when I got to the hotel, there was no reservation for us. However, the woman at the desk was very accommodating, did not charge us (since Priceline already charged) and gave us a room.

Excellent location with beautiful views. Would stay again vs staying in the park. Close to restaurants and shops and on the shuttle line.

This review needs to be taken with a grain of salt, but I believe I way overpaid on this hotel. We planned a trip through the National Parks of Southern UT, area. We stayed at four hotels booked via Priceline. This was the highest rated hotel for Springdale. This was the most expensive hotel I booked and I was ticked because it was the most outdated, outside of Springdale, the pool was not heated, after the first night our keys were De-activated, they claimed they were de-magnetized, even though my husband and I had put them in our own wallets so they weren't even close. The bedspreads are old and dirty. Basically, it didn't really matter, we weren't there for the room but the location, however, I would recommend staying at one of the other hotels in town so you can walk to dinner, pay less for the same quality of room, like the Quality Inn.

Spring dale should be where you stay if visiting Zion. Avoid Hurricane and St George is too far. This inn was very pleasant. It's not quite as charming as a few of the smaller inns and B&B's, but it was clean, very well equipped, super super views and a fun, resort like atmosphere. Very satisfied.
