The hotel is beautiful and the view from my window on the 31st floor was wonderful. However, the train crossing is close by so you hear the warning bells every few minutes. It was a little annoying.

Solo Traveler
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff on the front desk was the nicest, most professional hotel employee I had met after 3 weeks of traveling. Her customer service skills were impeccable. I had a great room and the hotel and views are gorgeous. My only complaint is the parking fee is outrageous, $26 per day. It should be free if you're staying at the hotel!
