Hotel Guest Reviews of the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. This is an awesome hotel for those that are looking for a quiet place to stay. If you do feel like gambling or looking for a place to eat, the Aria and Cosmopolitan is very close. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel and decor were fantastic. The room was much to small for my taste but well appointed. We had paid an additional $100 for the pick up at the airport, our flight arrived early and when we tried to reschedule we were put on hold for ten minutes and made other arrangements. The hotel would not credit the service. Had contacted concierge to make special dining request and the restaurant that was booked had not carried the dish I had specifically requested for a year and a half. With a hotel of this level I expected a lot better customer service. ...

A stay at the Mandarin is an amazing experience. The little touches are everywhere, from the language the front desk staff chooses, to the details in the room. Not only is the non-smoking, non-gaming hotel incredibly quiet and calming, they make you feel important immediately. This is the best hotel service we have ever had.

This hotel is an outstanding place where you are on the strip. It is much easier to get in and out due to lack of a casino. It's also real nice to not have to walk through smoking areas. Very classy place and nice people.

This hotel deserves an A+++ in service. From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was greeted and treated like royalty. I never have received such good service from a hotel before, especially being a younger individual. It was very clean and the room seemed brand new. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, and lots of storage space. The location is perfectly located in the middle of the strip and CVS is only 2 minutes away which comes in handy. There is no casino but the Aria is only 5 minutes away and has a very nice casino. Would definitely recommend this hotel! ...
