Maple Inn And Suites Los Banos

Not happy that I specifically chose this motel because it had a refrigerator for my meds costing $600 that need to be kept cold. Asked motel clerk to verify room had a refrig and she said yes, never saying anything else about it. She neglected to tell me the refrig was not plugged in. Put my meds in overnight, and 14 hours later found them to be clouded, which means they were spoiled! $600 out the window, and being Sunday had no way to replace them. Was sick all day as a result. Who unplugs their refrigerator? What are they saving, a penny or two each night? It's ridiculous. And the plug is in an area of the wall where you would have to move two pieces of furniture, then get on your hands and knees to get to it. The staff was friendly, helpful and generous. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Good value for the money.

Go to another hotel.

Our stay was great. I will go there again if I ever am in Los Banos again.

We had a very nice stay.
