The service was incredible, from check-in to check-out. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel valued. Rooms were very well-equipped, the sky park was stunning, all services were well thought-out.
Nothing worth noting. Perhaps the hotel entrance could have looked more glam and felt quite busy, but that's nothing really.

It's connected to the MRT Bayfront station, and the shopping / casino area had absolutely everything one could possibly hope for. We went to the foodcourt for a good local breakfast as opposed to the hotel breakfast, and found some respectable restaurants there too. Definitely a world-class hotel with top notch service.

Separation of the different pool sections slightly confusing; level of breakfast buffet perhaps slightly upgraded.

The architecture of the hotel is amassing, it is one of the most beautiful hotels I ever stayed and that include The Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
The waitress calling us liars.

We love the hotel, only bad experience we had was in the restaurant. I travel with a family that had children, when we were eating breakfast, the waitress asked how many children we have and how many adults, one of the girls is only 11 years old, (she looks older ), but is still a child, when my friend told the waitress that she was 11, the waitress turned around and said liar very loud. Then she proceeded to tell her coworkers making us feel very uncomfortable. We reported to the manager on the floor, but no apology was offer.

it is a 5stars hotel with 3 stars services, the front office gave fault informations with inappropriate attitude, the service is unforgivable. At 5pm, guests still have to wait for 1,5hrs for the rooms to be ready. However, the rooms are really nice.
