Good Bed - King on Marina Side. Loved location of room and Linens were good!
Bad caulk job in bathroon, floor / door corners tiles. But overall room was great condition!

Loved location to Sharkys! & Coconuts for future.

window were ugly, plug outlet were not working, fan was lousy. shower was poor, ice bucket broken.

would not recommend for vacation, stay is not very comfortable.

Cleaning staff worked efficiently behind the scenes. Coconuts restaurant staff were very friendly - made us feel at home.
Staff at front desk were not very courteous.

The location was nice. Atmosphere great. It was what I thought the keys would be like.
No Hot water in the morning when I was going to shower. There was hot water later.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Loved looking at the marina from my room. The pool was nice. There were many charers available within walking distance. The continental breakfast was nice, nothing fancy, but ok.

The marina gave it some ambiance.
I didn't think it was very good value for the price and the breakfast was limited.

The price (and off season too) was high for the value. Clean and nice enough by the marina but nothing special. It was ok.

Very quite and clean hotel. Loved our stay, will be back soon.
Having to pick up pool towels in the lobby, you have to wait until someone can help you. Put them by the pool.

The hotel is very quite and clean. The breakfast was great and the view is beautiful. Parking is sometimes hard find, Do not take a big pick up truck, it will not fit. The pool was great. Had a great time, will be back very soon.

The lagoon/marina was nice and the breakfast was pretty good.
The front desk person was very unhelpful. The maintenance person was fantastic.

Hotel is showing some wear but the location is nice. The front desk service needs improving. The maintenance and the woman setting up breakfast was great. The pool did not have enough water in it so the skimmer did not work so there was a lot of surface scum (hair/bugs/gunk..).
