The hotel is very close to local transportation which make sight seeing easy. Also the hotel is connected to the mall. This is a real plus that should be pointed out.

Great hotel, upscale, with a good location, but a bit distant from public transport. The parking was expensive at an additional $20/ day.

The hotel is upscale but the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. My wife especially liked the complementary wine-tasting in the evening.

Great decor, good location. Rooms are not super spacious for a 4-5 star hotel but everything else was great. Good attentive staff.

Family Traveling with Young Children
I read the the reviews of previous travelers and knew it was a nice hotel, but it exceeded my expectation. My kids and my wife were pleasantly surprised to find the fish bowl waiting for us at the door! Small personal touches like that really made our stay memorable.

The best place and best service that I have had in a hotel in US. I wish that there was a way that I could have gone back and asked for another room. I was afraid to bid again and get another hotel.

Staff were amazing. Food at the restaurant was great. Happy hour with wine and app was a nice touch. The exercise area was nice and clean with just enough equipment. Connected by parking garage to mall which was helpful for us. Overall, great time.
