Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 7, 2013

This Marriott is average -- It's older and the rooms are kind of dingy. The wifi charge is outrageous; let me clarify - The fact that they charge $9.95 per day for Wifi is already ridiculous, but the fact that they charge you BY DEVICE is simply ludicrous. I will not stay in this Marriott again.

The rooms are very dirty! The cleaning staff did not clean anything! All they did was change the bed sheets and towels which were also dirty! The air conditioners and television did not work in the two rooms we had. Oh and we had to keep switching rooms because utilities were not working. The showers change temperature in the middle of the shower without warning. I would not stay at this hotel ever again! I do not reccommend it to anyone! ...

No internet service due to 3rd party paying for. Extra charge if I wanted the internet service, which I wasn't happy about. No free continental breakfast provided.

This is no way a 3 and a 1/2 star hotel! The room was small and dated. From the outside the hotel reminds you of a prison. On the inside it's a 2 and a half star hotel, only because of the Marriot name. It was the first hotel of it's kind where I needed to park my own car(not to sound snobby). My expectations of the Hotel were much higher than what I experienced. It's not a nightmare or anything like it, but it's not worth staying at either. ...
