Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott Atlanta Marquis

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The best part of this hotel was definitely the view and the exquisite architecture. The design is an open air atrium style with glass elevators. Because it was a large hotel, there was a lot of activity in the lobby and the hotel had its own cafes.
The fan/air conditioning in the room did not seem to be working correctly and was on at all times. But this was not a big deal. Definitely would have been better to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

This is a top-of-the-line hotel. The exquisite indoor atrium architecture is exceptional and makes staying here a real treat. Glass elevators and balconies on every floor allow guests to take in the wonderful large, open air interior view from any of the 47 levels. Guests have views from their windows as well as views from the balcony just outside the front door of every room. It is a centrally located and bustling hotel with lots of activity and visitors from all over that add to the experience. Public transit, MARTA, is accessible without ever going outside. ...read more

Great location
Parking fee is too expensive comparing with the room rate offered by priceline

The location was convenient to the event we attended. The room was excellent. The staff was proffesional and courteous.
There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

This hotel was within 5-10 min. to most main attractions in the downtown area. A taxi was available at all times. I would truly recommend this hotel to friends and the price was great.

Great view, the most friendly, helpful staff, great location, awesome pool. Breakfast at Sear was amazing
No

Try to book a room high up, views are amazing. Walking distance to Phillips Arena, ga aquarium, centennial etc. Food at Sear is great, so is the indoor/outdoor pool. The most friendly, knowledgable staff I have ever seen, my 8 yr old even commented how nice everyone was. Super clean. Everything you look for in a hotel and more. Will defininately stay again.

Great location for getting to Turner Field with the Marta station and Braves shuttle just a block away.
Typical 4 star gouging - charge $15 a day for Wifi, $1.00 for local phone calls, $20 for parking - don't understand why the big hotel boys all think this is kosher when the trying harder chains all provide these services for free now.

Public WifI was spotty; valet parking quite expensive. Hotel amenities were great as was location. Starbucks on-site not great.
WiFI iffy, valet parking expensive--cheaper parking close by if you do not need in-and-out.

Excellent location; wonderful amenities. Restaurants had excellent cuisine and service. Great for women traveling alone or with the kids and not Dad.
