Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott Boca Raton
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

This hotel was fantastic. I got a great deal through priceline. My original reservation was for 2 double beds. I asked the front desk if there was anything he could do to upgrade us. He looked and gave us an executive suite! My wife and I had a really nice time here.

We were staying here to be close to a surprise birthday party being held in Boca at a house less than 3 miles away so it was perfect. So many choices of restaurants literally seconds walk from the back door of the hotel, we ate at Sushiray which was great and the other restaurants had a lot of outdoor dining with a great high energy vibe there. My girlfriend could get her Starbucks fix right outside the hotel and we could get wine and beer for the party and the room with Total Wine right outside too. I wouldn't say it was a vacation destination, it's a really nice hotel in a shopping plaza, but if you're going there for business or to visit someone who doesn't have room for you, it's about perfect. ...

Great location nice rooms but our curtain wouldn't completely close had to place a chair against it to keep it shut, uncomfortable bed hard as a rock, unusually small pillows, but like real estate prices, location is key, and this place is right by great restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff we dealt with at check in we're not polite at all, after realizing we used price line they kept referring to the "3rd party," that paid for our room, an insult considering that "3rd party," payment came from my pocket, I'd fire that guy for being so rude a customer is a customer. ...

Three nights of no sleep is what I got from this 4-star hotel! All three nights I had to stay in different rooms to try to find an a/c that worked. Never happened. Daytime was freezing, night time was boiling, despite the thermostat saying it was 64 degrees. There were various other problems in each room, including no internet, telephones not working, missing hair dryers, a broken bed, etc. Never again. ...

A fun place to go with eating and shopping establishments in the immediate area, i.e. within a few yards of the hotel. The staff was competent, helpful and friendly.
