Hotel Guest Reviews of the Boston Marriott Quincy

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Breakfast
Parking is not free,no coffee or tea pot in the room for the guest to use , there are 2 bottle of water in the room then you have to pay 1.5 dollar for one. No free wi-fi in the room.

The hotel itself is clean, but the staff is not friendly.Localation is good in Quincy.

Front desk employees are good. Location is good.
There is NO INTERNET in the Room. Wifi connections are commonly expected. WiFI.charging in the room $15. In Lobby there is no business center where you can check your emails/print. Very very handicapped. Will not prefer this hotel.

Will not prefer this hotel. This is three star rated. But they dont even provide you the internet. This hotel is outside boston, but still they charge a $12 parking fees, where as surrounding hotels dont charge.

The location was great but the room we were given was given on the other side, where there was a mountain and which blocked the view completely.
The staff was not that great. No smile and no good greetings.

The hotel location was great but the room given to us had a mountain blocking the view, so cant say much about the view. We visited Boston downtown which is a few miles from the hotel and its a great place to visit. The staff was not at all friendly (well ofcourse, I am talking about the one lady who checked us in, I don't know about others), No smiles or nice greets. We actually visited this place for our cousins graduation, But because of the things that happened after the Boston Marathon the graudation was postponed a day, so we had to cancel the reservation and rebook it for next day. I know that priceline doesn't refund the money but considering this situation as not our mistake, I wish priceline should have atleast refunded (if not all) some amount. But anyways, no big deal, priceline is great and the deals are great. ...read more

For the value the hotel had it all.
The hotel had a paid parking lot which made no sense because nothing else was around it.

It is very easy to get to the city. Rooms very clean and spacious. staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. Beds comfortable. Reasonable room price.

Located outside of Boston proper but it is near a T stop and there's a shuttle from the hotel. Without traffic driving to Boston is easy and only about 20 minutes. The beds are comfortable. It's immaculately clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. My grandkids loved the pool. I recommend this hotel highly.

Nothing the beds were to small and not comfortable at all
We stayed for a night with our 2 kids 8 and 1 year old. The overall experience was horrible. It started by we had a very loud group of kids staying with us in the next 2 rooms. They were drinking and partying. They woke us up at 130 running around and scr

My advise is not to stay here!!!!!

Room service is always a good thing. Plenty of pillows for a luxurious feel.
The room is poorly decorated and room service didn't bother to answer our call in 2 occasions. We waited 45 minutes to get some plates and they forgot to collect our breakfast per-order from the door the night before.

Overall it is ok for a night and the price was decent.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Accommodating staff.
Strange hours for pool and hot tub on sunday... closes at 4pm... not convenient at all. Should be open through the evening. It is indoors and opens rest of the days, according to schedule on the door.
