Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. good job overall, eventhough a free wifi would've been nice.

The rooms, the housekeeping staff and the hotel restaraunt were great!
100 incidental fee per day was unusual based on the policies of other high end hotels. Also, u could not use the incidental Money for hotel purchases. The location is akward because there aren't any food or convenience store options

If you have activities in the area the location is great and its slightly away from the hustle and bussle. But there are plenty of better hotels, in better locations, with more amenities that'd I rather visit.

Our toilet ran every hour. We were gone most of the time, and didnt realize it till we settled in for the night.

Staff was very helpful. The shuttle was great.
Paying for wifi, no complimentary breakfast and location wasn't the best.

The hotel is close to the blue line which will take you anywhere you really want to be in Chicago - best thing ever. Hotel is also a sweet, gorgeous walk to Little Italy where you can find coffee, alcohol, food and a good time just wandering. Staff was really helpful for the most part...if you didn't know...you can request a microwave which is awesome to have if you stay more than 3 days. Amenities could have been better but generally an above average hotel. ...read more

I would like to have better choices about parking the hospital parking garage right across the street was affordable. I was disappointed the wifi was not free even know they gave it to me for free for an hour the next morning.

The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. The bathroom was neat and spotless and the water pressure from the shower was excellent.

Comfortable beds, large bathroom.
Valey only parking, which cost $35

Very nice room, but parking was valet only and expensive.

Staff, location, and shuttle service

Location was perfect and the shuttle service was great. Loved the room we got and I really wanted to steal the amazing pillows. I would definitely recommend to friends.

FOr me, the location here is fantastic because it is literally across the street from work, but it rack rates here are WAY outta line for the level of this hotel.
Internet pricing is ridiculous as is parking.

If you need a hotel near Rush or UIC, the location makes up for the hotel's shortcomings. It's overpriced otherwise, and be prepared to pay through the nose for parking($50) and internet ($14). The onsite workout facility is essentially a closet, and very hot but they do have towels, water and free oranges. I beleive they have an agreement with the UIC fitness center, but not sure how that works or if it costs extra. Staff was friendly. Rooms are not quiet- you can hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms in the hallway. Also, if you book through priceline, be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen- even if you are also a Marriott rewards member at an elite level. ...read more

What I don't like about this hotel is the beds are a bit hard and you have to pay for wifi. But we have stayed here several times because the location and overall experience.
