1. The staffs are friendly and helpful. 2. The hotel is close to the train station. 3. Room is clean and spacious.
1. TV is not free. 2. No free internet.

The hotel can be 4-star but not 5-star. The atmosphere, decoration of this hotel is fine but not luxury. The location of this hotel is very good. The staffs are friendly and helpful. TV, internet, and parking are not included. By paying all of them, the price can be significantly increased.

The room where great the staff was great they did everything to make my stay great it was a fantastic location right in downtown they even have parking for oversize car like my crew cub F-150

location close to the train station. Hotel is 4 star and not 5 as advertised.
Impersonal to a fault. Not the best Marriott I have ever stayed in.

Check in was polite and civil. Used the shop on occasion and tried to pay but conceriege told me to come back as he was on the phone! Hello, worst customer service ever. Key Card for room had to be updated on 3 separate occasions to gain access. Again customer service lacking. Was told that there was a problem with the system!!!! The problem was the person using the system and not using it properly then tried to blame me by asking if it had come into contact with a magnet!.......no words but OMG! Movie in room had screen quality issues which where obvious and yet again no resolve from the same person who told me he was on the phone! Very disappointed with the whole overall experience of this hotel. i was going to complain on check out but felt it would fall upon deaf ears or they would place the blame on me for their misgivings. ...read more

Wonderful, large rooms.
The hotel did not have the room we booked. They offered other rooms for an additional $59-$89 euros, which we reluctantly paid.

Staff was great. They gave us very small rooms to stay in and after we asked, they gave us bigger rooms.
We had may problems including no hot water in two of our rooms.

Cute hotel but rooms are tiny unless you ask the front desk to give you a bigger room. I think the Priceline rate is only good for the tiny rooms.
