The only concern was the elevators. One broke down and trapped a customer. Another elevator car was noisy and they didn't always stop at the floors evenly.Also the construction was a bit annoying early in the morning, pouding away.
Nice place, convienently located to where I was visiting. Great breakfast bar.

My room was very nice. It includes a mini-refrigerator and coffee maker.
Internet is not included with the room. You have to pay almost $13.00 a day extra for it unless you sit in the lobby where they happen to be doing construction work at the time I was there.
The Marriott is in the Plaza of Americas, which as many little shops and places to eat. The Starbucks in next door (a walk way connects the buildings)in the Chase bank building. This Marriott is very nice, the gym is well kept and clean, the rooms are nice. The restaurant downstairs is good. They are always doing construction when I am booked into this hotel on priceline. during the day it is pretty noisy. ...

Very professional and helpful front desk personnel.
fact that I asked for quiet room and didn't get one.
Marriott is a clean, pleasant hotel with many amenities. Courteous staff and located near several points of interest. Valet service was great. Never had to wait for anything. Sole complaint was being located next to room service when asked for quiet room. Loud teens were their parents responsibility. I would use Marriott services again.

The room was clean and it was in the arts district.
It was undergoing renovations and both bar and restaurant were closed.
