Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott Denver City Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Very helpful, friendly, polished, and professional staff from valet to front desk to room service. Great location and very clean, spacious rooms. I got a great deal on Priceline but would pay more to stay again.
As I expected for a downtown hotel, parking is valet and was about $30 a day. Valet service was prompt. There is also an extra charge for WIFI in the room, which is also common. WIFI is free in common areas. Neither would deter me from staying again!

Everything was great.
No

It is perfectly located, very clean, has a great bar. They can't compete with the local food, however.

This hotel was walking distance to coors field & all downtown activities.
I had two rooms reserved for my wife, me & a couple we had with us for my wife's birthday. I had paid for the rooms and asked that the bill was sent to me only. in the morning they had put a receipt in both rooms. I was very unhappy about that.

This hotel was as good as most. The room was in fair shape & clean. The hotel is close to most things downtown & has a Starbucks for those of you that must have their coffee!

Staff was helpful.
Their billing is horrible. They charged me on both rooms for valet services and then told me wrong on the charges to begin with. They should have the restaurant open during dinner and lunch hours. Not everyone likes eating at the bar.

The Hotel is in a good downtown location. Good for shoppers and some eating locations. For those who use debit or charge cards they need to beware. There are charges they do without telling you. You don't find out until you get home and see you account. They say the use the card for incidental, I would call using your card or charging to your your room would be an incidental but they charge more to your card just in case. Pay cash so there is no problem or stay some where else if you have a concern about this problem. ...read more

Great Staff, Nice large rooms, great location
An extra $13 per day for internet access is a bit low class and cut rate for a hotel that was otherwise on par or above in every other aspect.

Great location just a couple blocks from the 16th Street Pedestrian mall. Very Friendly and helpful staff and overall a great place to stay.

I like location of this hotel.
parking which can be expensive in downtown Denver

Hotel is in a great location so if you only plan on hanging out in downtown Denver, skip on the car rental as parking adds up and is hard to come by and just book a room here where you are close to the light rail. The light rail is expanding to cover the whole city but currently you can take it anywhere downtown to south Denver. The fact that you are downtown when you book a stay here, you have grocery stores 5 mins away off of Speer, you have bars and nightclubs...the pavilion offers a little bit of shopping and movies along with larmier square. There are great restaurants all over downtown Denver. ...read more
