Nice clean hotel with big breakfast included. The pool is very nice with great views.

This hotel is well situated and friendly better suited for business man and conferences than just leisure.They were offering other people staying there free buffet breakfast, however our was not and prices found around town left to be desire.

Location. Its more in a residential neighborhood rather than business. No restaurants, pharmacies or supermarkets within 15 Min's of walking distance. Staff poorly trained. They actually allowed a visitor to come up to my room without informing me, thus creating an uncomfortable situation. The night i arrived, i made the mistake of dining in the restaurant on the premises. Half the items on the menu not available, other half were sub standard in quality. I felt neglected and judged by the hotel staff. They were lethargic and incompetent communicators. The hotel has the facade of a 4 star hotel but the integrity of a hostel. It's unfortunate and management should do something about it.

Fantastic hotel, clean and friendly and great staff. Rooms are five star. Location is great in the heart of the city. Supermarket are close ( 24 hours). Lots of police security on the streets for tourism. Minutes to hospitals, malls, Punta Pacifica and the best areas of Panama It was a wonderful hotel and modern. A must stay if in Panama City.
