The event was held in the hotel. The bed was super comfy. Staff.
I had booked the room in October for two beds {event in May}. Luckily the third party did not come because there was only a king available.
Extremely clean. The staff was outstanding. Several team members were always present to offer assistance.

while not a situation to prevent the fire alarm when off several times early morning and with a handicapped person with me it was very scarey.

The public areas are beautiful and offer lots of amenities - pool, restaurant, etc. Unfortunately, none of these were things I needed, so I couldn't appreciate them.
The area outside the room was noisy till late at night. I gather there were wedding parties or something.
It's a beautiful hotel with nice, very comfortable rooms and a convenient location. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. There is a bar on the main floor, so there were loud guests drinking in the lobby Friday and Saturday night till 2:00 am and I could clearly hear the celebrations from my 4th floor room. I slept through most of it, but if you're a light sleeper, you want to request a room away from the atrium and away from the elevator. ...

Fresh, clean, new room, comfortabe bed, friendly and attentive staff, large and well-furnished lobby area
Water pressure in shower too low - like light rain - they need to change shower heads. Towels too thin for 4-star hotel. Unlike various others, they charge for bottled water in room - watch out - the price is hidden in the leaves.
With a few simple changes in the bathrooms, this could be a nearly perfect hotel.

Indoor pool and gym. Fun hotel bar. We had a room in the back of the hotel so it was nice and quiet.
We had to wait a long time to check in. Never had this before and I go to hotels very often.

Staff was very present and very helpful.
Basically it was fabulous. But basic information wasn't in the room: check out time (which was noon--very nice!); how to find the pool.
It was great. Staff was fabulous. Checkout time was noon. Pool was nice (no hot tub). But it has the oddest decor we've ever seen. We had to ask where the front desk was -- it looked like empty fishtanks! Weird. A kind of ... glassy sixties science fictiony thing going on in the lobby. But the staff and facility is great. No problems, very clean.
