Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 1, 2013

The hotel is very nice but, being spring break it was extremely crowded. Our original room had two double beds rather than a king. They switched us to a room with a partial view, which was no view at all. We stared at the restaurant top and had to go over to the corner of the balcony to see ocean. They moved us the next day to a room with a nice view of the harbor. The fitness center is excellent. The hotel staff, in general, was very friendly and helpful. ...

Pretty hotel, nice tropical pool area, nice restaurants/bars, nice lobby, friendly staff. Didn't like the fact that you had to pay a fee outside of the room rate for the exercise room. The hotel is very large (spread out) with a number of meetings/conventions going on, so if you are looking for a boutique, unique or quaint hotel, this may not be the place. But, it is very comfortable. Since most restaurants, shops are a ways away, it was nice to have a FedEx Office, Starbucks and a few nice restaurants/bars on site. All in all, we'd definitely stay here again. ...

The overall hotel was nice. However, the rooms need to be updated with simple things that most all 4 star hotels provide including fridges, microwaves and such. The cleaning lady knocked on our door every morning at 9:00 am even though we had our do not disturb sign out. Overall I would give the Hotel a 3 Star rating due to the lack of updates to the room. The resort grounds were very nice and the restaurants had great food. ...
