It was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor spaces were beautifully landscaped. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The swimming pools were great for young and old alike. A great place for families with children. Free mini-golf and
towels available poolside. Very good food at the grill. Close to Sea World and a short drive to Disney attractions.

The pool areas were great for kids. There is a pirate ship area, water slide and other water park elements.
I didn't like the tv in the room. It was too small and dark so it was hard for me to see it.

Great for families. Used our kitchenette to make breakfast & lunch. Room was clean.

Architecture and office.
Cheesy waterpark designs. But it was for kids.

Little hard to get to. Nice early Florida architecture. Kids everywhere because of the miniature water park. Room does not have a place to put two open suitcases. Do the designers ever actually stay in a room? Lots of bugs on the screen, not in the room but needed to be cleaned off.

Better care of the customers.
Even that we complain about them forgotten to clean the room, the next day was the samething!

It is a very nice hotel and well located! Just that they have to take care of the customers better! I thing an apology is not enough!
