This hotel was very convenient to where I needed to be in Hartford. It was very clean & friendly. Although I had difficulty connecting to their WiFi & my phone did not work, I found the staff was very quick to try to solve those problems. When a glass broke in my room they came immediately to clean it up & replace my drink.

I would rather pay more for a hotel that actually appreciates my business. For the difference in cost of parking and Internet, I would gladly have stayed at a hotel that greeted me warmly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. This virtually abandoned hotel in Hartford, a city which is also virtually abandoned, felt like the only person working in the hotel was the single clerk at the front desk. Although the room was attractive and looked comfortable, I woke sore and sluggish, and not appreciating the complete lack of interest in having me as a customer. ...

Right next door to the convention center it was a nice stay. Quality of service was very good. It was a weekend get away for me and my fiancé it was a good time for us.
