Great location. Helpful staff. Awesome renovation!
YES. There is only 1 set of elevators for a sprawling property, The hotel is in Rocky Hill, but my room was in Cromwell.

Location is very convenient - off the highway and ample parking. A great value for out of town guests. Lobby and rooms were recently renovated. Very modern.

Room was great and the location.The staff KNOWS about good hospitality and good service.
That the hotel is under a major renovation. There is few services available.

There should be a way of letting customers know when a property is undergoing a major renovation.Yes, I wanted a 3+ Star property, but a hotel that was actually functioning as one. The walk to my room was a town away. Only 1 bank of elevators for a SPRAWLING property.

The room was good. The staff was professional.
The hotel was renovating. There was no pool. No fitness center. No lobby. IT WAS A CONSTRUCTION SITE, AND IN NO WAY QUALIFIED AS A THREE STAR HOTEL! I WAS RIPPED OFF AND WANT MY MONEY BACK.

After they finish rebuilding the hotel it will be terrific. Right now it is a construction site and should not be representing itself as a three + star hotel.

Wonderful staff, very friendly.

The hotel is under construction - transition form Marriott to Sheraton. They are going floor by floor and expect to be done by Spring 2013. It did not affect our experience in our room, however the lobby is currently being worked on, so it is worth a call to them if public spaces matter to you.We stay in this hotel every time we are in the area, because the beds are very comfortable and the staff is very nice. ...read more

The bed was so comfortable.
The carpets need replacing.

Convenient, clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel was family friendly, carpets in room need to be replaced. Nice location.

The hotel facility was good and clean.
I was checked out of the hotel before the checkout time by the cleaning staff and they left my luggage outside of the room.

I went out of the hotel for a morning coffee and when I got back my luggage was left out of the room by the cleaning staff. This was at 11 am way before the check-out time of 1 pm. I was told that the cleaning staff assumed that I had checked out. I informed the hotel front desk, but they just apologized and that was it.

Neat and clean.
Relatively small rooms without many amenities, i.e. no microwave or breakfast included.

Hotel was good enough but overpriced without a lot of amenities.
