The location was great, also loved the outdoor bar & restaurant.
The ONLY thing negative I can think of was the sliding glass door leading out to a small patio was very hard to open.

Should not charge for parking for overnight guests

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location on the beach was convenient. The restaurant had nice offerings and had attentive wait staff.
Access to the pool was through the Cafe.

good location, clean grounds. Go to GG's for dinner and the bakery next door to there for breakfast. Worth the trip alone!
broken hot tub!!! Staff sent us out to the hot tub as if it were working, come to find out the jets have been broken for a long time. Dirty robe in the room!!!

I specifically chose this hotel because it had a hot tub (I had just run a triathlon) and was on the beach. I was told by the front desk where the hot tub was and they gave me towels for it. They didn't bother to tell me that it was broken. When I asked them about it they acted as if it was no big deal and went on with their business. Another couple at the desk told us that they had been there many times and they had never seen it actually working. A manager told me the next day that the jets had been broken for quite a while. I can't believe that a hotel that charges this much (very expensive for what you get) would disregard it's customer's comfort so much! I needed the hot tub to relieve pain.I would have appreciated a clean robe also.Save your money and get a motel near this place. The boardwalk will keep you busy and you will save a ton! Exrtemely slow elevator service.

Not bad, but not how presented. Balconies for the most part face north or south. They are all exposed to each other, affording no privacy at all. No black out curtains! Too bright. There were two queen beds rather than one king. The bathroom was nice, spacious. Loved the proximity of the beach to the hotel.
Didn't like the fact that we had to pay for self-parking.

The location was great. I also liked the outside bar, which had a fun atmosphere.

The Raddison was recently updated. The rooms are very nice, with a nice decor and a large bathroom. We had a late lunch and the waitress was very nice. The outside bar had a fun atmosphere. If we every come back to Hollywood FL, I definitely stay here again. The hotel has an excellent location.

Everyone was helpful. And being on the boardwalk is wonderful. So much to do.
The housekeeping staff was very loud way before check-out time.

The hotel is lovely. Everyone was helpful and upbeat. The beach is wonderful,one of the best beaches I've ever been to. So much to do within walking distance. And you never have to leave the beach, because the boardwalk is full of activity. Lots of places to eat and get a good drink. And my favorite, lots of ice cream choices!
