I got a real person answering it and they helped me immediately.
The room was very nice, attractive bedding, high quality toiletries in the bathroom, and plenty of materials to read about San Diego. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The hotel was fine but not convenient if going to the beach. The staff were alright overall but could have been a bit more hospitable. The hot tub was inside in the middle of the gym. It was not all that relaxing due to its location.

I would probably not stay there again. The room was too small. The decor in the room was so-so, nothing really special. I think $20 is exorbitant for parking.

The hotel was nice enough. Pleasant lobby. Clean rooms, although rooms are a bit on the small side. Poor view of another tall building from our room. Breakfast buffet was excellent, in a pleasant setting.

Over-all a great stay. Probably more business-oriented than family-oriented. Parking was a bit pricey, and Internet charges per minute (per the room card) were the highest, I have ever seen! Found out later they do have a daily Internet rate, but they're definitely trying to make it a profit center.
