Hotel Guest Reviews of the San Diego Marriott La Jolla
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 1, 2013

Clean, updated and friendly staff. Can't ask for anything more. The union protesters with their speakerphone at 6am in the mornings with their chant isn't the best thing. I don't blame the hotel, i blame the union.

The hotel is a comfortable place to stay, but is located far from the parts of La Jolla that tourists anticipate.

Very nice rooms, only a few miles away from Qualcomm, good for business travel and reasonably priced. Except that if you win this hotel on priceline they'll also charge your extra ($20 a night) to park your car! Yes, work pays for it, but it feels like a bit of a bait and switch, but such is the modern world. It was quite at night, and newly completed renovations are very nice! ...

This hotel is quite a distance from the resort area of La Jolla. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. No breakfast provided. $20 to park. The 2 working elevators were very, very slow. Twice had to wait 5 minutes! The bathroom was very small and inconvenient. Construction is going on. This hotel would be best used for business stays or just overnight. Not a good resort type facility. ...

We were there for a wedding, so didn't really experience anything. Appreciated the comfy beds, though would have liked queens instead of doubles.

Not a place to stay until construction is finished.
