Helpful staff.
For this kind of hotel I was expecting that there is at least a small refrigerator.

The hotel is beautifully located and the staff are friendly but not much amenities.Parking is very expensive.

Great location. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Rooms and pools were great! The outside lounge / bar was beautiful on the deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

This property is great because it is in a quiet part of Dana Point with an outstanding view on a hill. Beautiful and would recommend it to anyone. Great location. Staff was so nice and accommodating. The staff was absolutely amazing, starting with Pam at the front desk at check in. Everyone was extremely hospitable and professional. Rooms were great. Complimentary upgrade. Restaurants on location were fantastic too. Try the lobster risotto!

Can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was terrific. The food was great. Location was perfect. We will definitely go back.

This hotel is very clean and elegant, on an excellent location. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and attentive.
Note that there is an automatic $15 "resort fee" and $29 valet parking fee per night.

We had an excellent experience at the Marriott Laguna Cliffs. We came to Dana Point for a weekend "babymoon" and stayed in a pool view room with big white French doors and a private patio. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The entire resort had a luxurious and classy feel to it. The location was just excellent, just minutes walk to the ocean. Staff was helpful, room was clean
Room charges were convaluded and did nto match the price quote. a 50$ a day hotel fee is added + the room tax. This was not clear what this was for. Internet listed the price as 15 dollars a day yet the room fee included this and was substancially more?

The hotel was nce and the property was nice.

Our view from the room was good. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The price for parking at the hotel.

Overall all we were very happy with our stay at the Marriott Laguna Cliffs Resort And Spa. We plan to come back during the summer period and stay longer next time.

The views are amazing. Hotel staff is friendly and attentive.
Room service was expensive for the quality of food.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. We had to check out but we did not want to leave, so they took our bags at the front desk and allowed us to lounge by the pool as long as we liked. There are spectacular views to be seen from every location in this hotel, even from the elevator. Amazing hotel makes you feel like you are really on vacation with ocean views everywhere you look.
