Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott Long Wharf

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Best customer service I have ever had. I called the day before we arrived, asked if we could upgraded to a harbor view, and was infinitely pleased with the reservations woman I spoke with. She was beyond helpful and gave me the upgrade, free of charge.

Great location. Very nice room and great views.
The front desk staff was a little dismissive and rude. Housekeeping came twice before ten o'clock although we had not yet checked out.

The worst thing that happened however was around 930 am when I got out of the shower and was greeted by two men on a cherry picker doing maintenance on the windows. They apologized as they could clearly see into the room. No prior notification was given about this maintenance and it was quite an embarrassing moment.

The staff was unfailingly helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

Location, location, location! Between the T stop steps away, the half block amble to Quincy Market and the harbour views the hotel makes for a great home base in Boston.

The staff were incredible - so helpful and knowledgable about the area.
Everything was great - we especially appreciated the help with parking and easy check-in.

This hotel was perfect for our mini-vacation. We walked everywhere and had a lovely evening in the North End with Mike's pastry in our room to end the night. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was excellent - fresh fruit, eggs, oatmeal. All our favorites. We visited the Aquarium and headed home after lunch. The staff was outstanding - what a pleasant group of people who genuinely seemed interested in our experience. ...read more

Everyone we delt with were very courteous and polite. Hotel location was perfect for our plans, being located near TD Garden and the North End. The hotel was clean and well taken of.
The bathroom mirror being foggy after taking a shower. We also had an issue with the toilet.

Would stay here again and recommend the hotel to those looking for a great place to stay. Location to the North End is a 5 minute walk. Right next to the aquarium, ferries, and other boats for sightseeing. Public parking is just across the road and the T is accessible directly at the corner.

Location - that's why we chose it in the first place, well worth the outrageous rate. Viewing the fireworks from the pool deck was an unexpected bonus! Much enjoyed.
Not really - it lived up to expected standards. If I must find something missing: no BBC on cable TV.

We decided to splurge for New Year's Eve, and it was worth the [high] price. Unbeatable location for the occasion (waterfront and close to Little Italy), great fireworks view from the pool deck, excellent breakfast room service, good room wi-fi, effective valet parking and porters, nice staff. You pay through your nose for every additional service (even wi-fi), of course, but we knew that. Not the place to save money, but to enjoy fully if you can afford it. We intend to repeat it next year, probably for two nights instead of one. ...read more

Great view from room, staff extraordinarily attentive.
Loved everything, however could not get wifi to work in lobby and concierge was not helpful

Try to get room on the end near harbor, we love the hotel location and staff.
