My wife and I were there for our anniversary and the 3rd floor with the health center, outside deck, and the pool close by was excellent ! We will be coming back soon again.

Very clean and the staff were all very nice and helpful.

The location was perfect!
The only thing we did not like was that there was NO COFFEE available in the lobby and the coffee was yucky in the rooms.

Staff were very helpful
So many tourists! It was a bit too noisy in bar and common areas

It was amazingly well managed and maintained for such a LARGE hotel. We had a great nights sleep, the room was very comfortable, the mattress was superior quality.

The parking situation in the area is very difficult. Street parking is hard due to visitor and resident restrictions. Valet parking is pricy and the lot across the street is expensive also. Also, overnight street parking is hard because of street cleaning

The hotel has a great location next to Christopher Columbus Park, the water, and Fanueuil Hall. The staff were very nice and changed our room to the top floor when we asked for a different room.

The location was fantastic, the staff was very polite and accommodating, and the restaurant/bar was great.
We were given an "interior" room that had frosted windows b/c they overlooked the event room/ballroom. So, it felt small and dark. I didn't love that, of course, but otherwise, the room was lovely.

Great location, of course. Walking distance to so many tourist attractions, and a T station literally right out the front door. While taking in the attractions, it was easy to return to the hotel for breaks. The restaurant served us well for a late night snack and drinks, and then again the next morning for a fabulous breakfast buffet. Plus, they have a Starbucks! Staff was kind, and accommodating. The room was lovely. Obviously this is not a budget hotel, and you pay for the convenience (including not inexpensive parking!) but all was well worth it. ...read more

Excellent guest room, good value for the money bid.
No - nothing.

Superb tourist location, lovely guest room, very good hotel restaurant, very helpful and courteous front desk staff. No complaints whatsoever.
