Hotel Guest Reviews of the Marriott Mobile
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

I stayed in this hotel on my way back home on a long road trip along with my family. My stay would have been perfect if not for the following problems. 1. My toilet got clogged. I called the front desk. They said they will send someone right away to address the problem. 2. The plumbers came after 30 minutes of long wait (you can imagine the agony when you have kids and have to wait to go to bathroom in the morning and the very purpose of your stay at such highly rated hotel is to get a good night sleep and access to a clean working bathroom). 3. After 10 minutes of trying to unclog the the toilet, the repair crew said they temporarily fixed and asked up when we will leave the room so they can come back and fix it fully. We thought the toilet would work. But it did not. 4. We ended up using common toilets meant for conference attendees on a different floor (believe 3rd floor) so we would not lose more time calling the front desk and getting the toilet fixed. Very very disappointing overall. ...

I stayed here one night to take a test the next morning at the Pearson Professional Center nearby. The staff were courteous. The room was immaculate, well appointed, and quiet. The bed was perfect. I had Pizza from room service and it was good and reasonably priced. There was a coffee maker in the room and good coffee. I ate a nice Southern breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant that opened early that morning. The area around the hotel appeared safe. There were no security issues or concerns on my part. Overall the hotel met my needs completely. ...
