The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and work out rooms were great.
You had to pay for internet. Most hotels are free in room service.

Rooms are good size, somewhat updated,staff is excellent and nice. Fitness area very good.
There is construction going on.. but did not bother us. After Starbucks closes in late afternoon, no good coffee available unless you drive somewhere.

Good conference hotel.. was convenient to airport... nothing within walking distance. what you would expect

Not a 4 Star! The rooms are small, no frig or microwave. We've stayed in 2 1/2 stars better than this. It is under renovation. That doesn't change the small rooms and lack of the little extras that give a better rating.

They were remodeling, they put a hold on my cc for the amount of the room charge, the pool and hot tub were closed.

Will be a great place after remodel is complete, great location to shops and restaurants.

It is a good location, and the staff is very nice, and there is free parking.
I was not warned that the hotel was undergoing renovation. We had to use the service elevators. Everything was closed. The indoor pool was closed. The "restaurant" was in a ballroom. There was no warning of this, and I received no discount because of

Loved the electrical hookups accessible right at the desk, the ample outlets, the condition of the room, etc.
Because of the renovations going on, we had to use the service elevators to get to our room. The area where the elevators are located were sometimes unlit and rather dark.

Hotel is undergoing major renovations at this time, so they're using a temporary registration area and guests have to use service elevators to get to the rooms. One of the restaurants is also not available for the same reason.

The staff were mostly helpful.
A lot of construction right now, and so some services were not very accommodating.

A lot of construction right now, which does not appear to be ending anytime soon. This did not disturb us in our room at all, but made it inconvenient at times to access different services. We were not informed that the pool was closed either until we went down with the kids to check it out. Bummer.

The conference I attended was located in the hotel. As a result, no commuting was neccesary.
The hotel did not offer any amenities such as wireless access or a complementary continental breakfast. While I do not always take advantage of these, I definitely appreciate when they are offered
