Not enough drawers for clothing. Bar fridge too small to store any food. Mirror in Room in wrong location and too small. Only one chair in room. Carpet was musky. Breakfast should be included in the room rate.

Overall Hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. View of Horseshoe falls not as good as some other hotels because this hotel is just behind cusp of falls. Room was ok but not spectacular. There was only one chair in the room. The furniture was limited and constrained. Hotel staff was helpful and efficient. Check in/out process was pleasant.

Great location, great view of both Canadian & American Falls from my room, great valet parking attendants.
The front desk personnels were awful, never had a smile or sincere greets from anyone of them, other than this, the hotel itself was great. Will probably go back & stay in the future.

beautiful facility,professional and courteous staff. room was smaller than we would have liked but clean ( no sign of bed bugs as I pulled back mattress covers and thoroughly inspected creases ). Room service much faster than promised and food very good.
far from actual falls but we knew when booking.

classy, clean, courteous and helpful ! GORGEOUS view of horseshoe falls! May want a hotel closer to falls if you do not want (or can't) to walk far. Would definitely return!

The hotel had an amazing view of the falls, however the room was smaller then expected. And no couch :(
Some of the hotel staff were really rude, and spoke to us as if we were illliterate.

Vallet service was unbelievable, they were so nice and welcoming.

Upon arrival, we were given the option to upgrade our room (from a riverview to a fallsview with sitting room)for a few extra dollars. We were so glad we did this, as our kids absolutely loved the view. We were very happy with the room altogether.
It was just very busy. Lobby was always packed. Pool was packed. It took nearly half an hour for the valet to bring our car up from the garage. It was the end of the March Break, so that could have been the reason for the business.

We loved the hotel. It was clean. Room was nice. Loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby. It was nice being off the beaten path of Clifton Hill, and yet, it was quite a trek (1/2 hour walk) to get over to where the fun was at Clifton Hill. Might not be so bad in warm weather, but it was freezing cold when we went. Loved that the hotel overlooks the falls. We've stayed at alot of hotels, and quite honestly, this was a good one. We had no noisy neighbours, or really, anything else to complain about. Recommend it!! ...read more

We had a view directly overlooking Niagara Falls. Spectacular!
They had a challenge with the heating system (too much) and they were working to adjust it. They gave a small discount for our discomfort.

The restaurants, gift shop,and other amenities are superb. We'd stay there again.
