I chose a hotel in downtown Disney. This hotel was at least 1 mile from the downtown Disney area and not at all located where I had in mind.

Great location, very clean, very nice pool area.
Its very big & spread out. It could be a LONG walk from the parking to your room, or from your room to the main lobby. It seems a poor design. But, if you keep to your room & have close parking its not too big of a problem.

Very nice overall. Clean, great location, great pool. Its spread out and can create REALLY far walks (and seems a poor design) - but overall it was a very nice property and a good experience.

The location was great for both my conference and the Disney attractions.
The view from the balcony was a dumpster, it was very loud and not pleasant to sit out and relax.

The rooms were average, nothing special. The parking was very out of the way. The location was excellent, close to Disney parks and easily accessible. The pool area was very nice and clean.

Good location...very close to disney. Great pool area and overall surroundings.
Room location was horrible....windows were actually at top of wall and overlooked roof - felt like the view from a basement. Also, hotel continues to rip people off with $15 per day parking charge for garage that is nearly a 3 block walk.

Nice resort hotel, upgrades to pool area are in progress. Love location vicinity to disney resorts. I have won this hotel 3 different times and am happy with it for the price. But, we always get stuck with horrible view/room location and $15/day parking fee continues to be a ridiculous charge for location of parking garage. Everyone was great and the campus was beautiful mostly.
Quite a few renovations being done on the pool area and buildings around it but they really try to keep it zero impact to their guests.

The staff were friendly, very clean and close to everything we wanted to do.
Valet parking was slow as others had stated. Longer than 15 mins most times.

Would stay again, good hotel.

VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING STAFF...BEAUTIFUL RESORT.
PARKING GARAGE IS LOCATED TOO FAR FROM MAIN ENTRANCE, ALTHOUGH THERE IS A SHUTTLE.

THE FRONT DESK PERSONELL WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING IN UPGRADING US TO A ROOM WITH MORE SPACE (AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE). HE ALSO WAIVED THE PARKING FEE FOR THE WEEK BECAUSE OUR ROOM WASN'T READY WHEN WE ARRIVED. AT ANY TIME, WE COULD CALL "AT YOUR SERVICE" AND REQUEST "ANYTHING" AND THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO DELIVER IT TO OUR ROOM WITH A SMILE! THE RESORT IS IMMACULATE AND BEAUTIFUL! WE FELT VERY SAFE.
